It has been determined by the originating offices that the FHWA directives and policy memorandums on the attached listing are no longer required and should be canceled. These documents were identified by the originators in response to a directives review conducted by the Office of Information and Management Services.

Since these directives were originally signed by officials within the Office of the Administrator, i.e., Administrator, Deputy Administrator, or Executive Director, we are requesting your approval to cancel them. These directives and policy memorandums will be deleted from the Directives System and the Internet as appropriate effective the date of your signature below.
