Call for Projects

The FY 27-29 Call for Projects application period opens April 30, 2025 and runs through July 31, 2025.  All final project approvals will be contingent upon the availability of funds in the year for which they are being requested.

UPDATE Dec 7, 2021 - The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law or BIL) has been passed. The match requirement for the Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP) funds has been removed. A revised application form has been posted. The prior version of the application will continue to be accepted, noting that the match requirement is no longer necessary.
