The FY 27-29 Call for Projects application period is currently on hold.  Please check this page for further updates.

UPDATE Dec 7, 2021 - The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law or BIL) has been passed. The match requirement for the Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP) funds has been removed. A revised application form has been posted. The prior version of the application will continue to be accepted, noting that the match requirement is no longer necessary.
