Use this memo instead of the Highway Design Standards Form for the following project types:

1. Preventative Maintenance
2. Spot Improvements less than 500 feet in length
3. Non-roadway work only

Fill in the Project, select the appropriate Designer from the drop-down menu, and select the project type option.
