During the solicitation, selection, and award of new contracts the point of contact is the Acquisitions staff. As a Federal office we conduct A/E acquisitions in accordance with the Federal Acquisitions Regulation 36.6 and Transportation Acquisition Regulation 1236.6. All solicitations are posted on SAM.GOV which can be found through the Contract Opportunities tab on this webpage. The Office of Federal Lands Highway encourages highly qualified A/E firms to respond to our market research notices (Request for Information and Source Sought Notices) and our qualification based solicitations posted on this webpage. If you are interested in conducting business with FHWA’s Office of Federal Lands Highway please register in SAM.GOV for information on A/E contracting opportunities. In addition, please check the DOT Procurement Forecast for upcoming contracting opportunities. This procurement forecast is updated annually starting on October 1 for upcoming contracting opportunities for each fiscal year.
