18 Road

Project Description

Mesa County and the Federal Highway Administration, Central Federal Lands Highway Division (FHWA-CFLHD), in cooperation with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management propose to improve 18 Road, which accesses the North Fruita Desert Special Recreation Management Area. The proposed improvements include widening the road to accommodate two, 11-foot wide travel lanes and 4-foot wide paved shoulders.
