Open FHWA Set-Aside Opportunities

Go to https://sam.gov/content/home, make sure to select "Contract Opportunities" tab at the top. In the opened search form, click on the plus sign next to the line that reads "Use contract opportunities advanced search" and choose the appropriate filter to include notice type, set-aside type, or place of performance.
