Office of the Chief Financial Officer
The Office of the Chief Financial Officer is made up of the Office of Budget and Finance and the Office of Acquisition and Grants Management. The mission of the Office of Budget and Finance (HCFB) is to develop agency-wide policies and procedures and provide support and assistance to the FHWA Headquarters and field offices related to formulation and execution of Agency budgets, and the proper utilization and accounting of Agency resources. The Office of Acquisition and Grants Management (HCFA) provides a full range of acquisition and financial assistance services to support FHWA Headquarters, FHWA Division Offices, the Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center, and the National Highway Institute.
