The mission of the Office of Budget and Finance is to develop agency-wide policies and procedures and provide support and assistance to the FHWA Headquarters and field offices related to formulation and execution of Agency budgets, and the proper utilization and accounting of Agency resources. The Office provides support and assistance in improving financial management practices.

Office of Acquisition and Grants Management

The Office of Acquisition and Grants Management provides the full range of acquisition and financial assistance services to support FHWA Headquarters, the Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center, FHWA Federal-Aid Division Offices, and Resource Centers throughout the country. Additionally, the office provides policy guidance and oversight for the entire FHWA.
