The Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD) of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), in cooperation with Bernalillo County, New Mexico and US Fish and Wildlife at Valle de Oro National Wildlife Refuge, propose to repave and rehabilitate 2nd Street by adding curb and gutter and sidewalk as well as improvements to the storm water/drainage.
