Mount Idaho Grade Road Rehabilitation
Background:
This project is located in Idaho County, ID. It was selected from the 2018 Idaho FLAP Call for Projects.
Project Goal/Description:
The primary goal of the project is to rehabilitate the roadway surface with the use of a process known as Cement Recycled Asphalt Base. The paved roadway currently varies between 22 and 28 feet wide, with approximately 1-foot shoulders on both sides of the road. The new design would maintain 26 feet of pavement with 2-foot gravel shoulders.
