Aaron Leavitt previously worked at the Texas Transportation Institute (TTI) where he managed the laboratory activities of 12 technicians, interns, and students for a Texas Department of Transportation's $4.5M Balanced Mixture Design (BMD) project. Previously, he served as the laboratory manager for TTI’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program project NCHRP 9-68 research study on reclaimed asphalt pavement. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University, Rexburg, Idaho, and a Master of Science from Texas A&M University, both in civil engineering.
