Project Abstract:
The objective of this research project is to develop software, specifications, and an operational manual for the production of the DigiDHM system and to transfer Digital Highway Management (DHM) system technologies or capabilities indirectly through demonstrations or directly through licensing to the commercial data scanning community and to researchers to advance the state of the art in creating road data inventories for asset management, and to support future highway safety research.
