DEFENSE MATERIALS PRIORITIES

Defense materials priorities established by the Department of Defense Agencies for application during periods of national emergency to assure that access road projects are undertaken in the order of their importance to their proponents are defined as follows:

Priority Number and Project

1 Access roads to defense activities related to missile programs.

2 Relocation of public roads served by construction or expansion of defense activities.

3 Access roads to defense activities, excluding those related to missile programs, operated by the military service.

4 Access roads to defense activities, excluding those related to missile programs,not operated by the military service.

5 Access roads improvements to correct deficiencies caused by defense activities.
