  1. What is the purpose of this Notice? This Notice is to provide supplementary tables related to the following FY 2025 apportionments pursuant to the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, Public Law 117-58:

    National Highway Performance Program
    Surface Transportation Block Grant Program
    Highway Safety Improvement Program
    Railway-Highway Crossings Program
    Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program
    Metropolitan Planning Program
    National Highway Freight Program
    Carbon Reduction Program
    Promoting Resilient Operations for Transformative, Efficient, and Cost-Saving Transportation Formula Program

  2. What do the attached tables show?

    1. The first attachment is the Table of Contents for the supplementary tables, which provides information on where to find specific program data.

    2. Tables 1 through 22 show the funding breakdowns, including set-asides, suballocations, and limiting amounts by program. The tables also identify the Fiscal Management Information System (FMIS) program codes and associated statutory references.

    3. Table 23 shows the “not to exceed 50 percent” transfer limit for the apportioned programs and the apportioned funding program codes that are eligible for transfer.

  3. What action is required? Division Administrators should ensure that copies of this Notice are provided to the State departments of transportation.
