Abstract:

The Highway Safety Information System (HSIS) is composed of seven States and one urban center. The HSIS Program provides linked crash, roadway, and traffic volume data. This guidebook supports the use of Washington State HSIS data from 2018 and beyond. Data and documentation recorded before 2018 (1993–2017) are available upon request to the virtual HSIS Laboratory.
