Abstract:

This document contains the editorial guidelines for the Second Annual Student Writing Competition, held by Public Roads. It's a contest that encourages high school, undergraduate, and graduate students interested in or actively pursuing STEM majors to demonstrate their knowledge by writing an article that relates to the transportation industry.
