Abstract:

This application is for students to apply for the Public Roads Second Annual Student Writing Competition, a contest that encourages high school, undergraduate, and graduate students interested in or actively pursuing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) majors to demonstrate their knowledge by writing an article that relates to the transportation industry.
