Project Abstract:
Pavement structural deterioration performance curves from analysis of traffic speed deflection measurements, identification, and further development of promising devices/technologies for the collection of required data.
Goals
The key project objective is to develop tools and analysis methodologies for pavement structural condition evaluation at the network level at or close to traffic speed to evaluate and better model structural performance of as-constructed pavements.
