Biography:

Jesse joined the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) in 2020 as a research psychologist in the Human Factors Team of the Office of Safety and Operations Research and Development. Prior to joining FHWA, he was an engineering psychologist in the Human Performance Branch of the Requirements and Capabilities Analysis Division of the Transportation Security Administration from 2018 to 2020. Jesse received his bachelors of science in psychology from Penn State Behrend, and his masters and doctorate degrees in psychology with a concentration in Human Factors and Applied Cognition, from George Mason University.
