American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Test Methods
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) works closely with our State department of transportation partners to increase the safety and longevity of the Nation’s highway system. The following American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) standard specifications for transportation materials and methods of sampling and testing, and AASHTO provisional standards are available through AASHTO. These standards are published by AASHTO in their materials standards guide.
