Project Abstract:
The goals of this project was to develop a prototype of dynamic speed harmonization with queue warning, which is a two-component applications of the intelligent network flow optimization (INFLO) bundle, to conduct a small-scale demonstration of the prototype, and to collect "before" (pre-demonstration) and "after" (during demonstration) data from the small-scale demonstration.
