Project Abstract:
Agencies operating and maintaining traffic management systems (TMSs) need a strategic framework and plan to address the current and expected future needs, capabilities, and performance expectations. This project will synthesize current practices with conducting a feasibility study for a new or improved TMS, a multiyear strategic plan to guide the future direction of a TMS, and a program plan identifying the resources needed to support the future TMS capabilities and performance.
