Project Abstract:
Explore and build on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and other technologies to provide a set of new methods and devices that would help a person with vision impairment navigate a path; help a person with mobility impairment cross an intersection or a roundabout; and increase the personal mobility of a person with a cognitive or learning impairment.
Goals
The key project objectives are to:
- Conduct a targeted conveying.
- Develop a statement of work (SOW) for Exploratory Advanced Research (EAR) broad agency announcement (BAA) solicitation.
- Review proposals and submit an evaluation report and recommendation.
