Project Abstract:

This project identifies where nonresidential relocation programs may benefit from methods to streamline the moving cost eligibility determination and claims process for nonresidential relocations. The project also identifies and documents the state of the practice and use of streamlining methods in use by Federal and State agencies and measuring outcomes that could further streamline project delivery to include possible reinstatement the moving cost finding for nonresidential moves or development of a fixed cost schedule for low cost, uncomplicated nonresidential moves.
