Project Abstract:

This project provides the technical editing, graphic design, and layout for the 24th and 25th editions of the Nation's Highways, Bridges, and Transit: Conditions and Performance report to Congress (C&P report). It also includes development of 508-compliant HTML versions for the 23rd, 24th, and 25th C&P reports.

Project Outcomes/Impact:

The biennial C&P report is legislatively required. It provides the nation with an objective, biennial series of appraisals of highway, bridge and transit physical conditions, operational performance, and financing mechanisms as well as a forecasted 20 year projection of future investment needs for varying policy goals. FHWA has been producing the C&P report for 50 years.
