Gifford Pinchot Repairs 2017

Project Description

During the winter of 2017, a major storm caused damage to several roads within the Gifford-Pinchot National Forest (GPNF). These roads provide access to recreation sites and administrative access to forest service personnel. The Emergency Relief for Federally Owned Roads (ERFO) program will be used to restore the damaged roads to their original condition. GPNF has made minor repairs to some of the roads where possible to prevent further damage or worsening their current condition.
