17th Street, EB & WB Independence Avenue, and E&W Tidal Basin Turnaround Pavement Rehabilitation, and Maine Avenue Bridge Pavement Resurfacing

Project Description

17th Street (Route 20), Eastbound Independence Avenue (Route 502), Westbound Independence Avenue (Route 503), Eastbound to Westbound Tidal Basin Turnaround (Route 515), and Westbound to Eastbound Tidal Basin Turnaround (Route 516) Pavement Rehabilitation, and Maine Avenue Bridge Pavement Resurfacing. Work will include asphalt pavement mill and overlay, full-depth asphalt pavement patching, Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) base joint repairs, sign replacement, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous work. Roads will be open during construction and traffic impacts will need to be minimized.
