Avenue 26 and Road 29

Project Description

The project will consist of rehabilitation and restoration of 11 miles of Avenue 26 and 5.4 miles of Road 29, providing access to the Eastman Lake Recreational Area. The project includes pulverization and replacement of the existing asphalt two-lane roadway with new aggregate base and asphalt pavement. The project will remain approximately within the existing road limits. The project establishes two travel lanes with shoulders with an anticipated total paved width of 24 to 26 feet along 16.4 miles of road.
