Removing Unwanted Info from ORD Reports

Before Including as Government Furnished Information or Physical Data

The following information needs to be removed from all reports generated in ORD:

  1. Footer with username and file path.
  2. Unit Area Cost and Material Cost columns.

To remove the Footer with username and path:

  1. Generate Report, in this example the Corridor Model Component Quantities Report is created.
  2. Go to File, then Print Preview.
  3. Go to Page Setup.
  4. Change the Footer field from URL to -Empty-.
  5. Select OK in Page Setup. The footer should no longer appear.

To remove the Unit Area Cost and Material Cost columns:

  1. Generate Report, in this example the Corridor Model Component Quantities Report is created.
  2. Go to File, then Print Preview.
  3. Click on the Adjust Margin Grip, and drag to the left until the Unit Area Cost and Material Cost columns are no longer shown.

The final Corridor Model Component Quantities Report should appear as follows, and can be printed to .pdf:
