Project Description:

This project seeks to improve operational awareness among the participants in the cross-town operating model and advance a solution to improve the congestion, efficiency, safety, security, and environmental challenges that exist within the model. In a broader sense, this framework provides a consolidated approach that can be applied in the many cities where intermodal freight is interchanged.
